One-to-one meetings (applies to airport and airline delegates only):
To ensure that you make the most of your one-to-one meetings we strongly advise that you book your return travel after the last available meeting slot on Friday 9th December. Once you have received your schedule of one-to-one meetings we cannot guarantee that any further requests will be accommodated. It is the delegate’s responsibility to inform the organizers if there are any restrictions to their availability for the one-to-one meetings (for example, travel arrangements or if an airport is accompanied by a consultant who is also representing others at their meetings). Airports who book before 2nd September 2011 are guaranteed 7 meetings, each meeting lasts for 30 minutes. Each meeting will allow you 30 minutes to present to a selected airline. Network Latin America also offers exceptional, informal networking over lunches, drink receptions, gala dinners and also in some unusual places (previous meetings have been held in swimming pools, hot tubs and hotel bars.....)
Once airports and airlines register we will ask you to nominate who you would most like to meet. We will do our utmost to ensure that your schedule reflects this; however, if the airline of your choosing is already fully booked or have not yet registered for Network USA 2011 at this time, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to meet with them formally. Remember early bookings will get priority. Naturally, we will work with you to ensure that your schedule is as full and relevant as possible, with a team of organisers also available throughout the event to arrange any last minute changes or additions.
